**Job Details:**
1. Installation, configuration, and customization of the latest KOHA Library Management Software (LMS) along with associated software in the local computer environment. Weekly backup support of the database records is required.
2. Comprehensive training of library staff on all features of the software for effective library automation.
**Terms & Conditions:**
- **Payment:** No advance payment. Full payment (100%) upon satisfactory completion within 20 days from receipt of the work order.
- **Support:** Complimentary support services for the initial year. Clear fees for installation, customization, training, and maintenance support from the second year onward.
- **Experience:** Vendor must provide a comprehensive list of clients or customer base to demonstrate relevant experience.
- **Rates:** Quoted rates should include all applicable taxes.
- **Discretion:** The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without obligation to provide reasons. No claims shall be entertained on this account.
